Disposition versions
29. The secretary shall send to the parties or their advocate, where applicable, a notice of hearing stating
(1) the date, time and place of the hearing;
(2) that the parties have the right to be assisted or represented by an advocate; and
(3) that the Tribunal or the tribunal has the authority to proceed, without further delay or notice, despite the failure of a party to appear, if no valid excuse is provided.
